GGG, SGGG, NGG gallium crystals are all used as substrates to grow semiconductor crystal layers. This process is called epitaxy and is used in nanotechnology and in semiconductor fabrication. 

The lattice parameter of our crystals is well controlled and the surface polish finishing is of the highest quality, allowing a perfect epitaxy.

We can offer crystals with a large variety of compositions with a very homogeneous and well-controlled lattice parameter in large diameters up to 4’’.  Crystals of larger dimensions are also available for specific applications like cryogenic ones.

We have a large industrial capacity available and we can provide unique pieces as well as thousands of wafers.

  • Diameters up to 4" (100mm).
  • Special configurations and shapes (squares, rectangles, etc..) are available on request.
  • The polished surface of our substrates is of high quality and ready for epitaxy (“epi-ready”).
